Order authorisation & charges
Please note :-
For online orders a combined booking fee and postage fee of £2.50 will be added per order (not per ticket).
Your payment to us will appear on your statement as a payment to PAYPAL*AFCSUPPORTS or PAYPAL*AFCSUPPORTERSCLUB
Paypal payments will relate to email address email@example.com, a verified Paypal address.
In most cases, your order will be authorised immediately. Tickets will be despatched within 5 working days. In certain situations, we will seek extra authorisation for your order. This is usually because we have been unable to obtain full authorisation for your payment. We reserve the right to refund/cancel an order if we cannot obtain sufficient authorisation.
Please note: The Live & Kicking Nights events will not be posted out, please bring a copy of your receipt to the event where your wristbands will be issued. For any information regading this process of any other question regarding Live & Licking Nights please call the event hotline on 07974 222 777
If you prefer to pay by cheque please download and send the completed ticket application form together with your cheque (made payable to AFC Sudbury Supporters Club) to AFC Sudbury Music Festival, The MEL Group Stadium, Brundon Lane, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 1XR. Tickets will not be despatched until cheques have cleared. Payments by cheque do not attract a booking fee but are still subject to a postage fee of £1.25.
Tickets purchased will be sent out by recorded delivery. Please give a daytime address where you can sign for them. We do not send tickets to PO Boxes under any cicumstances. If your tickets do not arrive, please check with your local sorting office to see if they have been sent there if they were not signed for. For last minute non posted tickets you will be asked to provide ID on the gate on the day of the event, ideally a driving licence or the card used for payment.
We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled, when we can offer a full refund of the ticket face value. Please note that in all cases, the booking fee/postage is non-refundable. Defaced tickets/missing stubs cannot be accepted. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them !
We make every effort to keep all information as up-to-date as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. All bands appear on our listing subject to contract, and you are buying a ticket to a festival. In the unlikely event of the non appearance of any individual act there will be no refunds. The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. All tickets are not for resale and not transferable. Please make sure you read our terms and conditions before buying a ticket, as purchase confirms acceptance thereof.
You may not bring alcohol or glass onto the festival site.
No animals (except guide dogs) will be allowed onto the festival site.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.Purchase of tickets confirms the purchaser accepts they may appear in photographic, visual & audio promotion of the festival.
Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at owner's risk.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival.
